Description:
This is the first premium plugin developed for WebEngine. It's an easy to use ticket support system for your website. With this plugin, your users will be able to create new tickets directly from their user panel and get a response from the staff.


Features:
  • User:
    • Submit new ticket
    • Reply to submitted -open- tickets
    • List all tickets created
  • Admin:
    • Plugin settings in AdminCP
    • List open and closed tickets (in separate pages)
    • Reply to tickets -opened or closed-
    • Open/close tickets
    • Delete ticket replies
